Beth the Baker

After training and working as a pastry chef, I started a blog sharing recipes and tips online, and I opened my own business in 2017 selling brownies and cakes locally and online.

I've always loved Festivals and started taking my bakes to small events and then to bigger festivals, like The Big Feastival, and other events including the Good Food Show.

We now post brownies all over the UK and create cakes and our signature brownie crates for all occasions including birthdays and weddings, all produced in our new kitchen at our coffee house in Ashbourne.

The Perfect Meringue + Fairtrade Love

The best cake I’ve had in a coffee house ever.

Absolutely love this place. Been a few times now and the atmosphere, food and drinks are second to none.

Not only can I highly recommend the cafe and the food but Beth kindly catered for my 40th birthday party. We had so many compliments on the food and it arrived packed plastic free which I loved. Brilliant service. Super tasty and healthy food. And her cakes are insanely good.
